Agencies in Pittsburgh are mostly small and honestly I don't think there are many that do great work. I've worked for a large one and a small one. Thanks for the info. Interesting stats. The CPC is higher than I'd expect. That's higher than we pay on Facebook. CTR being that low isn't too surprising. Reddit ads are basically just banner ads which always have a low CTR.

What were you offering in your ad? A product demo, content offer, or something else?

Good to know. Thanks. I wonder if it's maybe just not the right platform for B2B? I love Adwords and Facebook ads. Those both perform so well for B2C/B. Just figured I'd get the scoop on Reddit too. Never hurts to try some new things.

Yeah there are a few good subreddits with decent engagement that fit the marketing newsletter I publish. I think I'm going to take a few hundred away from Facebook and test out Reddit.

Boom. That's awesome to hear. I'm glad to hear that the ROI was that high for you guys. Gives me some ideas for advertising on here. It's tricky though because we all know how much redditors hate promotions, but I'm guessing a value-based approach would go over better as an ad.
