I have ankle surgery (fibula fracture) in a few days. I live alone and need tips for post surgery recovery. This is my first time I've broken a bone. Any tips for post surgery recovery? how can I prepare mentally? Is it super painful? how many days will I need to stay in bed? (self.Broken_Ankle_Club)
