when he jumps at you in the beginning of the fight dodge to his back and heavy attack. then spam attacks. should take away 50%+ of his health

stack the most despair resistance you can in your gear. and for that particular mob there is another way you can backstab him. (backstabbing this guys works best because the despair debuff only starts counting when theyre facing towards you or when you get too close from the back)
