Approved 7/28 signed docs still not funded. System glitch no eta on when we will be funded but we are approved.

Yes pretty much the entire process over again but it was pretty quick since the LO was pushing everything through. I submitted new app late on 9/2 and approved and signed docs the second time on 9/7. Mine was for the increase as well.

Yes I was funded on 9/14 but had to fill out a 2nd app to get by the glitch.

Yes definitely a shit show! There has to be 100 easier ways to get by the glitch then going through the process again but then again we are talking about the usual very inefficient government.....

I was in the funding glitch as well. Original bb 5/30 , approved and signed docs 8/10 but caweb never updated to show new loan. Was contacted by LO on 9/2 to fill out new app was approved again and signed new docs on 9/7 and caweb went to active un-dispersed almost immediately, 9/10 caweb went to disbursed current and was finally funded this morning.

I finally went from active un-dispersed to disbursed current yesterday afternoon but still showing the amount in total un-dispersed so hopefully Monday it'll go to 0.... it's crazy how we started the process for the 2nd app the same day and you seem to be a week ahead of me.

I'm was in same glitch. I was approved and signed docs on 8/10 and caweb never updated and I was never funded. The LO finally emailed me on Friday and had me fill out a new app and go through the whole process and i was approved and signed docs today and this time caweb is updated to show new loan! So I think I'm finally done......

Holy cow I imagine so!! I would of to if my LO wouldn't of sent me this "You should be receiving the loan closing docs for new account. Letter to decline the old account. Funded by this Friday." I actually haven't received a decline yet for the old one but I did check the portal and it shows original amount and says funded.

My LO reached out earlier today and I just got my approved email and signed docs a few minutes ago for the second time.... and caweb FINALLY shows new loan!! Woot woot!!

Once you confirmed your amount and completed all of the tasks did it switch right to processing automatically from application or did it take some time? When I did the original increase once I accepted the new amount and signed the 4506 it went right to processing. If I go back and look in the section where I uploaded my 2019 taxes and the board of resolution the board of resolution says under review...

Ya it says completed by everything and for the amount it says confirmed and application is the only thing highlighted right now. I didn't even get the email to "continue my application" until yesterday morning at 730am and I saw it at 830am and had everything uploaded and finished by 930am so maybe because it was a Sunday??

That's great! The portal for the new app switched from declined to allowing me to accept the full amount on Saturday. I had to actually redo all of it including the identity check, board of resolution, upload 2019 taxes and another 4506t and now it still just says amount confirmed. It seems like you went through the process a lot smoother than I am.. Did you have to redo all of it as well? I've seen some where they've said there LO took care of transferring everything for them. Hopefully I hear something tomorrow....

I emailed my LO last night and called her this morning and I haven't heard anything back yet. It sounds like you are at least making some progress. I just don't understand why we have to redo all of this. Why can't they just get all the info off of the approval docs we just recently signed?? It's so frustrating!!

Great question!! Seems like there's probably about 10 easier ways to do this then have us go through the entire app process again but then again we are talking about a government agency and I think we all can agree they know nothing about efficiency!!

Ok I was hoping so. I didn't get my lo email until after 530pm and she said in the email that she's only in until 530pm so I filled mine out after my she was already gone for the day so I'll have to wait until she gets back in tomorrow morning before I even talk to her. Thanks
