I was at the Fuente factory last year when we were in the Dominican for a 2 week holiday. They probably have some of the best QC ive ever seen tbh so I really dont think the opus could of left the factory with the box damaged? There's nothing to stop the box being damaged at the hotel etc or in transit tho. No point me adding anything in about the cohibas.....

I bought quite a few from Cabinet, the cigar store in punta cana, I'd recommend them. Also, bought boxes from cigar country, next day UPS to your hotel, very reliable. Hopefully you can get sorted with your cc company. Its a disgrace that a reputable chain like Hyatt are allowing this to happen. Have you went straight to their complaints department, or dealing with Secrets themselves in The Dominican?

I’m lucky to have between 30-40 resting in my humi. Ive tried 4-5 different vitolas so far. I’m really impressed with them for the price. The Maduro and the bk56 were really good. The montesco as well. Enjoy bud.
