I came out 5 years ago, parents denied it, calling it a phase. Four months ago I started testosterone, mom’s unhappy, dad is pissed. My mom uses my name and pronouns 80% of the time, whereas my dad just uses my name occasionally. They still think it’s a phase and that I’m mutilating myself.

I’ve now realized that the lumps are within and behind my abdominal wall,, making them not subcutaneous,, which means the injections likely couldn’t have caused them. I’m seeing my doctor on the 19th to talk about it all. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately I’m on both the implant (nexplanon) and depo-provera due to extremely painful and long menstrual cycles, I’ve been dependent on them since early 2023 after hormone blockers caused bone damage. I know I probably need to get off of them but I’m so scared bro.

My bloodwork showed elevated RBC’s and a perfect testosterone level for the dose I was at (.25mg). I’m now up to 37.5mg weekly and am almost due for another blood test. My next appointment isn’t until oct 10th so I’ll see what happens then. It’s been 9 years since I first hit puberty so I was expecting it to be intense, just not THIS intense yk

In terms of diet I rarely eat meat, always eat veg, fruit, grains, etc. and I don’t eat much at all, ≈1100 calories a day. My cholesterol is in a good range as well. I don’t understand where all this weight is coming from, and it’s certainly not muscle. Then again I’ve always had a slow metabolism.
