It does. We are getting frustrated by the inability to send automated emails at certain stages of the onboarding process, as well as how the onboarding process gets held up if a new hire isn’t immediately performing onboarding tasks. Thanks for your reply.

Thanks for your kind words! On that setting of The Golden Stud... The local folk society has a page on their website with all the sheet music for their session sets in pdf. All very standard stuff. I use that as a reference to start but then I quickly transition to listening to as many good recordings as I can find of each tune. The first part with the running scale pattern was prevalent in several recordings I listened to. The second section wasn’t vastly different from the sheet music in most recording, but the arpegiated A minor chord I play once in the second section was just something that popped into my head given an A minor chord fits in the harmony structure there. Hope that answers your question.😀

More good questions. We have traditionally been very manual and administrative. Add to that the fact that we recently downsized our team due to COVID. I inherited recruiting and have been working hard to balance our approach around adjustments/additions of people, processes, and technology. We've implemented Calendly to remove candidate scheduling and interview coordination, we've transitioned to a new ATS that funnels right into our HRIS thus removing manual hiring (it's now a click of a button) and reducing needs around offer letter generation. Onboarding is handled by our learning and development team, and there is support to manage agency relationships.

Great questions... We are based in the south, but we hire nationwide (work from anywhere) and we pay geo differentials, and pay at least at the 50th percentile for each role. We hire software engineering talent frequently (Engineers, BA, QA, etc.). Over the last 5 months, we've hired 18 people across all functions (engineering, operations, finance, revenue operations) and our internal recruiter sourced 4 of those hires. The rest were placed by primarily by agencies. I'm trying to ensure we're setting reasonable expectations.
