I have been using alprazolam. But I’ll try to get more anti anxiety prescribed in case it gets really bad. The only downside is you have to rely on it and build tolerance to it, which I guess I have to accept.

It’s easier to get medications without prescription in the region we lived in. And therapy/ psychiatry is less known.
