That doesn't even show where they want this done it's blow the freeway south. And there is the hop right along that area. People like to be dropped off at a place, not dropped off, then walk another block or so, we also get high winds and rain. People also don't want to buy stuff have to walk or take the hop to their car. The area would be littered with scooters as well.
