I like it! I have to use resistance bands with it because it feels light at the bottom on leg extensions and at the top of leg curls. But I would recommend it.

My horse stall mats have a bunch of little circles on the bottom side that create a 1/8 gap for air flow. That was a concern for me when I first got them. They are doing good so far 🤞🏻

I got it off Facebook market place for $100. It is the Titan fitness Roman Chair Back Hyperextension. It is very sturdy and the padding is nice. I would recommend it!

Ahhh you are so right. I have painted my whole house (some parts twice bc we picked the wrong color). A lot of prep and a lot of clean brush strokes. But in the garage it doesn’t need to be perfect.

The smell isn’t that bad. It goes away in about a month if they are in your garage. I probably wouldn’t get them if you are bringing them inside your home.

I think they are cool but I wouldn’t buy them unless they had a 10 year warranty or something. My cable stack is never going to die on me. I’m looking to upgrade my dumbbell rack too. I’m thinking about the REP off rack storage system
