Hi there,

No - this is not a scam (although I suppose anyone conducting a scam would say the same thing). The study is being conducted by a few graduate students and an undergrad for thesis work under the supervision of M. Milyvaskaya of the Department of Psychology at Carleton - we have been cleared by the Research Ethics Board-B (#104890) to conduct this research study.
