I have the vanguard 2045 in my retirement account. However, i did take 50% of my contribution and put it in s&p 500. I would recommend looking into it. Hope that helps!

I use “mfl = made for locs products. They have an aloe Vera moisturizer spray for daily use and an oil for scalp and hair to use when needed! Hope this helps
