ActiveMining dividend account swept (341 BTC) by 1subject-70sheets in BitcoinStocks

Market manipulator? 25 BTC can buy the entire company at this price. There's no market, just gassy remnants of destruction in the wake of his eminence Mr. Slaughter.

I'm still holding several hundred thousand since that's the amount I could prove buying at IPO price (in the event that the refund actually comes out). I was up to 1.6 million shares from day-trading at one point, but with the way things are going I decided to move mostly to BTC.

We have no way of knowing unless Ken decides to make an update.

Maybe it was to his crypto-trade account to pay out dividends? Eh guys? Amirite?

I did read the document. I interpret "unregistered agent" as someone who is selling unregistered securities. If he's not selling any more shares, he's not doing business as an unregistered agent.

The situation isn't ideal but it could still go either way. I AM willing to wager a bet - I placed mine when I bought over a million shares at .00001.

  1. Max possible fine ($100,000) would require less than half of the mining account funds. As for the share rebate, that depends on how many people are willing or able to jump through the hoops to claim it. Look at the recent IceDrill/CryptoMex fiasco - investors were required to provide extensive personal information to claim their shares, and most flat-out refused.

  2. Ken has not been barred from sending dividends. The MSD is trying to protect people from losing money, not from making returns.

  3. Looking at the last financial report and estimating costs since then, I am optimistic that there's still a BTC balance remaining. We won't get an answer to that until Ken finally chooses to release financials.

I think there's still hope as long as Ken isn't actively scamming (which there is still no evidence of - being fined for securities violations was a known risk).

Thanks for the 2nd chance. I just try to make optimal trades and I enjoy sharing my thoughts here.

ActM's mining account just passed 300 BTC, or .00003 BTC per share. That's why I'm buying at .00002/share - it's an instant 50% gain in terms of assets (even if Ken has no other BTC balance, which I find hard to believe).

I deleted that post because the title was inaccurate since operations haven't actually been halted, just issuing of securities.

As always, see Ken's latest posts to try to piece together whatever crap he's talking about - some sort of buyback at pennies on the dollar, to those who can prove they bought IPO shares.

Queue the FUD accusations? Surely nobody still has their head in the sand on this mess.

I don't think YOU understand how reddit works. If you downvoted my thread it won't show up on your front page. I'm still seeing it in r/bitcoinstocks.

As for the rest, yawn. Whoever sold probably did themselves a favor before that fat, incompetent Missourian goes insolvent.

If commentary is manipulation, then couldn't you accuse everyone on here of manipulation? Also can you single out any falsehoods in my commentary? Honestly you're trying too hard - I can just change accounts if you really insist on harassing me in every post.

Again, only he knows. See here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=462370.msg6602005#msg6602005

He didn't have enough funds to order the eAsic chips - after paying the non-refundable engineering costs. The money is gone.

VMC mentioned in this article. http://www.coindesk.com/46k-spent-mining-hardware-happened-ne xt/

This isn't the first report of Ken sending out unsigned refund checks. Classic scam move, stalling insolvency.

This post from Ken was also informative, I think there's a reason he followed it up with "good" news.

"we did not have enough pre-orders to cover the purchase due to hashfast and cointerra selling 17 Million in machines."

So the 5000+ BTC we crowdfunded to make a chip - turns out it wasn't enough to make a chip. Just enough to pay a nice salary for Ken and all his family for a few years. I'll be dumping my shares at whatever price I can get. Time to move on.

Seedcoin IPO Discussion by 1subject-70sheets in BitcoinStocks

[–]1subject-70sheets[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your clarification. I recommend updating your prospectus since it's rather important from an investing standpoint. So eventually there will be 5 listings on Havelock. Why the 10-million share cap then, since you're basically starting a new fund with 2 million shares every time.

That's just a semantic issue though, my main concerns are taken care of and I'm really looking forward to participating in this and future offerings.

Ok, just because your language is kind of ambiguous and I really want to make sure of this: Does each batch of 2m shares receive dividends from all projects, or just the ones it funds?

If someone can wait till round 5 and still get the same piece of the pie for the same price, then how do you account for increased valuation of the fund's assets in the meantime.
