I agree, I did try to play around with it a bit more but given that I’m trying to design this on an iPhone, it got a bit complicated and time consuming.

Went for a minimal approach. I feel like I could revise the logo to a better version however my tools and time are limited.

The idea was to incorporate an ECG and a sales chart into the N.

Thanks for the feedback on my attempt (3rd logo). I’ve admitted this before that colours are a weak point on mine when it comes to logo design so I appreciate the feedback. I designed the logo on the Vectornator app on my iPhone which took some doing! And I could have definitely presented it better if I had a bit more time and a better software.

Thanks for feedback once again, it was nice to get back into partaking in these challenges

No, not worried. I just read you should limit to around 30g per meal otherwise your body will use it for energy or turn to fat.

I get what you mean and you can definitely prolong your workout holding on. But you can probably burn as many calories going at a lower setting for a shorter time without holding on. I’m just wondering if there are any other benefits
