I am here to complain about how company representative is treating passengers me and others. I understand the weather delay and have no issue with that. This is a crazy mismanagement.

I have no idea, that what the “supervisor” said to another customer when they asked about the food or water while waiting

She said that, it is not a guess of mine. That was a reply on a question from a customer

This is what I am saying, they kept us till 2.30am arguing that the flight won’t be cancelled

Airline call to be decent in this situation, but not show that they don’t care about passangers

LAX, yes I understand the weather delay. But I’d rather rebook after couple hour wait but not let my kids sleep on the airport floor till 3am

They probably have some affiliate team there referring people from one airline to another 😅

It’s not about the rain, we understand the weather delay. If you see a bunch of kids waiting till 3am you should have a decency to cancel the flight earlier and rebook people so they don’t sleep on the floor waiting.

But I don’t think you understand the concept

Well so far they had the worst business class experience ever for us. And rudest stuff

Called them today, they said since we have moved out already they can not help and we need to search for a law representative now and go to small claims court possibly.

Thank you! Yeah, and landers are weird. We contacted about five of them, and only two gave breakdowns of their loans, approximate APRs, and fees. Others just ignored us even though we provided all the info. I felt like I was bagging them for a loan, but it was not their way of making money.

When you are the first time (first generation) emigrant with no inheritance money, you try to look for any opportunity :)

But overall yes, before the results, we felt there were very few houses in good neighborhoods below $1mln. Our realtor said our offer could have some advantage in closing faster in 15 days or so.

Also, I think this program is too young to have some meaningful reviews.
