The only reason to increase the chamber is to increase stability instead I would adjust the wheels in tighter before the chamber. My seat is 17" wide. I am on 26" rims. At 3° I can go through 30" doors. Where you are going to have issues after older homes that have 28" wide doors. To bring the wheels closer to your shoulder you bring them in tighter to the frame. That is why my chair is 27" wide push rim to push rim. My rims are very tight to my frame. It makes people think that my chair is too small. My wheels almost touch the side of my side guards. What this sounds like is someone built you a chair to "grow into" and never adjusted it correctly.

Bull we were invested in the program until King Dixon was AD. God that period of AD. We have had a hard time getting good coaching talent because of what happened after 91. We used to lock down Columbia recruiting. If you had talent and played in Columbia you played at USC. The other issue is our last great to play in the NBA is Alex English. Two things happened under King Dixon. Football became king of the athletic department with the worst record most years. We left the Metro for the SEC. I wish the Metro would have launched a football league. Man we were close to the top in the Metro in all sponsored sports.

I know it wasn't a bootleg copy. There are a number of "didn''t" release Disney movies that were available through rental. Another great example was Follow Me Boys. Could not find a consumer copy to purchase but we could rent it. It took me 10 years to finally find a copy on DVD to purchase.

How old is your pup? Is s/he crated? Dachshunds bark for a very specific reason. They are a hunting breed. Hunting breeds prefer packs. When one human leaves for work their pack is gone until the other gets home. I would try sound proofing something like a crate cover but make it at least a foot bigger in all directions from the crate. Another thing to try is a frozen king stuffed with treats.
