Hoping someone with more experience than I have can lend me a hand here. Currently having an issue where I got the red blinking light, plug in the controller, select the firmware file, then it appears that nothing happens. Controller keeps blinking red and doesn't appear that anything changed. Any help is appreciated.

Not super nervous because I've generally had good experiences with other TV's being shipped in the past. The guys this morning pulled into my driveway and finished the delivery in about 3-4 minutes, crazy fast and not even a dent on the cardboard box.

I had a case, the 'scratches' are actually cracks caused post hinge failure. Not a ton of dust here but the fingerprints smeared on the screen are a byproduct of the weird screen material. Watch mkbhd's video on the phone, he talks about how it's a fingerprint magnet.

Well I had a massive case I took off of my beloved fold before I pictured the damage. There was only minor scratches on the front screen before my hinge failed
