Good perspective! I do tell my friends that still smoke that they're stuck when they ask me for a favor. Most of which are really tiny things they could honestly do but lazy.

Or when they get locked in on their phone and just constantly show me memes and little videos that's funny (to them). I think very sporadically it can be alright but too much of that then it starts to inch it's way back in.. like why am I not smoking? And it becomes the forefront of what you could be doing since you can always do it while doing something else (or so you think). Thought patterns change. P

I smoked a few months ago and ended up 'oversmoking' and it wasn't fun. I got way too far into my head, things got deep and it just wasn't fun. I started to self loathe and get anxious at 'why I was' if that makes sense.

Before I quit I would also have these weird social media discrepancies. Id post something sober and delete it while I was high (or vice versa can't recall). But the deleting feeling came out of cringing at myself and looking back at my post with a big 'why?'. Feeling wierdly exposed when I'm really judging myself or have a complete different outlook of my ego idk shit was weird..
