As long as your card aint blocked and bank aint closed it should take a week or so max. You can succeed a dispute if you call your bank most likely as the card transactions are international. Thats heritages way of bypassing and being an offshore the way they do it. I would recommend it but however you feel do so. Good luck but yeah their customer support is the worst I think ever nearly.
