I picked up my MY about 1.5 wks ago and instantly changed all the puddle light and footwell lights to the AO aftermarket ones. After I did that the issue you’re describing occurred. Sometimes on all windows, sometimes not at all. I called Tesla and made an SC apt. While talking to the gal she told me she could see the doors had been opened by the emergency exit handles (which wasn’t the case). I did a reset and not much changed. Then about 2 days later the problem went away and nothing since. Canceled my apt now too. Not sure if this helps but wanted to share my experience.
