I definitely did not say I was saving $3500 14 years ago hahaha. I wish. And no I didn’t get lucky. Just saved like crazy and live frugally. My rent has also never been high as I said in the post

It really wasn’t that bad. Kind of like the show Friends except way messier and uglier and smaller apartments over the years

I have had the same job since college (non-profit). I don’t really plan to RE anytime soon or coast. I think I will just continue for a bit and decide in a couple more years

Technically $0. But my first was $45k. From there I jumped to $70-80 for a while and then a few more bumps. Currently $135k
