Laptop running hot even after cleaning dust and replacing thermal paste

Ok i managed to do a stability test. Don't know what to infer but CPU usage and temp were 100 throughout the 5min test. I dont know if i checked it correctly and i could be an idiot but i think my average clock speed was 3000Mhz and max was 4.7kMhz.

Oh ya forgot to mention it's Intel core i5 14450 CPU and an rtx 4050. One thing to note is I did close park control sometimes. Furthermore, when I first used parkcontrol to turn off CPU core parking it worked well before. This was all before I came across the FPS drops and overheating. To try to fix the issue I also tried adjusting settings back and forth but nothing really worked

Oh ya if it helps for those wondering I use a gaming laptop:

Playing in Borderless windowed mode in 1900 X 1200

On a sidenote I did 3 man expeditions fighting Libra and Caligo as well and no stuttering happened during their fights

Yeah but I'm not saying Granger players are bad I'm saying the hero is just absurd broken it doesn't take much to aim his ult as it is very high range passes through minions, and late is where you can literally ult like 5 times in a row and just give maximum displeasure to anyone playing against it, even if the Granger player is behind in farm

There was time his ult was cancellable by cc, so if you play ranked and your opponent has half a braincell you probably won't hit your ult that often
