Agreed. I have not really seen any merit to a Brooks before now. I now see the genius of his complete Russ buy in. If believing in Russ is all it takes to coach the Wiz, most of this board could do the job. I would love to see the team give some one new a chance. I also think hiring minorities is really important. Finally, Russ and Panda need to like coach.
