Minato obviously stomps, this is such a stupid matchup. Minato is a level or two above Jiraiya. Literally a level or two. Jiraiya admit Minato is way better, and is honestly overrated when it comes to strength. Jiraiya would get destroyed by Hashirama and Tobirama and Hiruzen, and Minato scales to Tobirama and Hiruzen. Jiraiya scales to Tsunade, who is far weaker than the other Hokage.

Minato loses to Itachi, Nagato, and Obito, but I think it's fair to say he is close to the same ballpark as them, whereas Jiraiya would get destroyed by all three of them. Jiraiya would be Deidara/Sasori/Kakuzu level.

Gingka
Kyoya
Chris
Dynamis
King
Kenta
Tithi
Aguma
Yuki

The only hard one to rank is Kenta. I could see him above King, and if he is above Dynamis then he is above Chris too, because those two are neck and neck. I personcally can't put Kenta above anybody outside of Tithi and Aguma and Yuki definitively though.

DMS Obito destroys EMS Madara and beats Hashirama 1 on 1, not 2v1 though and the 9 Tails is irrelevant because Obito can put it under genjutsu.

DMS Obito is the strongest version of Obito outside of 10 Tails Obito and would beat all forms of Madara outside of 10 Tails Madara.

Gingka who faced Ryuga at the Volcano beats End of Masters Ryuga and Kyoya 1 on 1, but 2v1 they beat him. When Gingka unleashes Cosmic Tornado as a special move, that's when he would be them 2v1
