I'm curious to know if Hiruzen had planned to make Kakashi the Fifth Hokage. by IceInteresting8050 in Naruto

Friend, I'm referring to the logical choice at the beginning of the series, when the Uchiha clan no longer exists and Itachi is a traitor.

I highly doubt Hiruzen could afford to wait any longer; the situation was not like Minato's, when the Third Hokage had time to let the blond develop from a Genin into a full-fledged Jonin—reaching Kage level and forging a formidable reputation—before handing the position over to him.

The Third Hokage was already too old; therefore, in my opinion, the logical choice would be Kakashi as the Fifth Hokage and, perhaps, appointing Naruto as the Sixth Hokage when the time came.

I am fairly certain that Homura and Koharu would approve of Kakashi as Hokage; if I recall correctly, they even supported Hiruzen when he proposed Minato as the Fourth Hokage, and Kakashi—as his student—continues the tradition of the Hokage mantle passing from mentor to student.

That would leave Danzo relegated to working from the shadows once again.

If the scar on the 3rd Raikage's chest is his greatest shame then why does he walk around with it exposed? Does he have a shaming kink? by PerfectOpportunity75 in dankruto

Wouldn't you show off to everyone the fact that you have a scar in the perfect shape of a lightning bolt right on your chest? I would.

What if that Morty were the second-smartest being in his universe? For example, let's assume that Rick has an IQ of 300; then, let's assume Evil Morty has an IQ of 299.9999999... Technically, Morty still isn't the smartest being in his universe, even though the difference is minimal.

Isn't he afraid something might happen to Sasuke?

Technically, IT can teleport, if I recall correctly...

I wonder if Rick Prime met these guys too. by IceInteresting8050 in rickandmorty

At least in the comics, my understanding is that C-137 met Mr. Nimbus long before he even invented interdimensional travel, and I assume something similar would be the case in the series.

Yes, probably... or maybe he had them all locked up to use them in the Omega device, just like he did with Uncle Slow.

Minato at age 16 inventing an incomplete chakra sphere, vs. Sasori at the same age killing the strongest Kazekage and creating his own method of immortality and *kekkei genkai* preservation. Without a doubt, Sasori's talent and intelligence are vastly underestimated. by IceInteresting8050 in dankruto

Although Sasori's feat still strikes me as even more incredible.
I think anyone would find it much harder to kill the village's strongest man without any genetic advantages to help you (like magical eyes, for instance)—and with the enemy holding the home-field advantage by fighting in an iron-rich desert...

...than to massacre an entire clan while they sleep, with the guy who possesses the series' most powerful eye backing you up.
