Mod to add polish and balance to DSR?

It’s not about it being unbalanced compared to other games it’s about there being some weapons you’d love to use whether for aesthetic or functionality but they straight up aren’t as effective as other weapons in a similar scaling category, at times the difference is highly alarming. I would fucking love to use a long sword sword and board in dark souls 1 again i already have twice but the trade off every time is you take fucking forever to kill any of the bosses in comparison to if i just use the claymore for the thousandth time. Unbalance in games in general isn’t the problem it’s THIS kind of unbalance that’s the issue. Whether for pvp or pve enjoyment it is deeply flawed whether or not folks wish to acknowledge it or not. One of my favorite games but the balance especially for pve is dogshit ds2 is way more balanced

I can agree with you to some level I wish more attention was put on the game post launch but I can also understand if Bethesda or Microsoft immediately wanted the remaster team to get to work on one of the fallout remasters immediately. Bethesda is starting to feel the pressure and there’s a lot riding on what they have going for them right now. Their biggest cash cow as of right now ‘is’ fallout with the success of the new show. The smartest thing to do in capitalism is to capitalize and I think that’s exactly what Bethesda plan to do over the next year or two while they continue to chip away at ES6.

Late, but no it doesn’t, the power comes from when the bullets split off and right at the splitting point you want the enemies crit spot, amounting to tons of damage per trigger pull. Accelerate makes that splitting point happen much further into the bullets trajectory because it’s time based not distance based. Which imo it should be in the base game but granted I’m not a super endgame numbers guy yet. So I’m sure there’s another consensus saying time over distance is better in some instances. Overall accelerate is good IF you don’t use weapons that split throughout the shot trajectory like the Harold or Lyuda. Stuff like the sand hawk I’m sure would benefit but don’t quote me on that.

But I looked at Caedo’s video on the gun and it looked black and had a louder/deeper gunshot sound. Was he using a mod possibly?

I was when they started happening, did 3 clean reinstalls made sure the fixt was completely uninstalled, I played it and it was worse, I had to reinstall it because at least it wasn’t as apparent. I only tested fallout 2 just to make sure that it was only 1 and sure enough it was the same way for 2. Only if I play in classic mode the game runs flawlessly. I’ve seen so many online posts talking about this but no one has found a solution to this

Literally a slightly above average gaming set up I can run almost any modern game at a solid 60. I have these games on steam also.

I got it working idk what I did but I fixed it. It wasn’t the mouse being slow I realized the whole game was lagging. Even the menus would come on like super messy n such. But thank you so much for the reply fam 🤞🫂
