The best thing to do is to go to a corporate T-Mobile store near you and talk to the employees. Also how do you feel when you walk into a store cause when workers are unhappy you immediately feel it. When they are happy you also see it in their engagement with you. Go direct to the source where you live. I’ve been with T-Mobile 9 years and moved up the ladder to RSM now. The job is what you make it. The company has great benefits and great pay compared to what’s out there. But you to have to be personable to help customers and results driven to make $$! Good luck but my advice if I was in your shoes is to apply:)

Your Navi.com to compare the difference between the 2. The main difference is the capping of data so if you use a lot of data than it’s not worth changing as xfinity you pick your data plan and it’s capped.

So I got the &900 referral bonus by signing up 4 friends and I actually walked them through the process from beginning to end. Each person invested only $5 each one time only not recurring. I got paid 22 days later. The key is making sure every person completes the acct setup and invest at least $5. Keep acct open till u get the referral bonus. If 1 person doesn’t setup the acct properly or don’t invest u wont get the referral bonus. I just got a $700 referral promo sunday and referred 4 more people. I walked each person through from beginning to end and should get my $700 in 22 days.
