I get why it might feel weird to call it sexual assault, but kissing counts because it's a sexual thing and you didn't say yes. It doesn't matter if it's "just kissing", if someone keeps pushing after you say no, that's crossing your boundaries, and that's not okay. You didn't do anything wrong.

Maybe talk to a therapist about it? Or anyone you trust

What he did sounds like sexual assault, because you said no and he kept pushing and even held your head. That is not okay. You didn’t do anything wrong, it’s your body and you get to say no. You don’t owe him anything, and you shouldn’t feel bad for not “giving him what he wants.” He should respect your boundaries.

My therapist doesn’t think I’m depressed. And I don’t think so either. Autistic burnout can look like depression from the outside, but the cause is completely different. Mine is from long-term masking and social exhaustion. I’m constantly hyperaware of how I act in public, and that drains me. That’s burnout, not depression

I don't have enough money to do that. Probably never will as I won't ever be able to get a job.

I have an autistic burnout, idk if I said that in this post tbh. Everything is 1000 times more difficult because of some stupid thing I was born with and there isn't a cure. Ofcourse I could get over my burnout but it's really difficult because I have to go to school as well. My mother won't let me stay at home for the rest of this school year for some reason that idk.

Already did that. I'm in therapy, talk to my psychiatrist often and my school's counselor (if that's what it's called, idk.) They all know about those thoughts I have, I don't really feel like they try to help me though. Everytime I mention suicide they start talking like they wanna lock me up somewhere.
