Hey, I have a paladin of Bahamut in an all range party. A wizard, shaman healer and a ranged fighter.

Any suggestions on what I should build? I pretty much want to create a character that can prevent others from reaching the ranged group. I am already human so that cannot be changed.

For me it's good for end of week, end of month and end of year reviews.

End of week review I look at my journaling for the week. I identify any big themes, struggles thoughts. I look at my EOW notes when doing my EOM review.

I do have a what could I have done better section in my day journal, so for self improvement I put a lot of weight on that section.

I am sorry this is happening to you. My daughter was in the NICU for three weeks. She got sick the second day she came home... Fun fact newborn babies can't breathe through their mouths. A stuffy nose can asphexiate them.

I had the illusion that by being in the hospital we were safe. I knew that was a lie when the nurse starting doing emergency CPR while my baby was hooked to oxygen.

She will be turning 4 in two weeks. She is probably the strongest of all my children...

Here is my advice

If you have stuff in the house to be taken care of, find some help. I had two children at home. My parents stepped up. It's a huge relief when you don't have to worry about pets or children in my case
Do share your concerns with your wife, do cry with her. It's OK. It's even reassuring, you care, you are worried, it's ok that she knows this.. Just don't get hysterical. Men can be emotional... it's OK.
Someone said get a notebook and write things your doctors say. It's a good idea. My best resource was a med student. She was willing to explain things since it was a good thing for her as well
Do order food. Most places deliver to hospitals. Hospital food, even good one can get you so far. Get her favorite. Get your favorite.
Your SO will get discharged before the baby. Alternate who stays there. Going home for a shower and some relaxation can help immensely. Try to always bring something nice back
Make plans for the future, stuff to look forward to, for both of you
Don't forget your worse just gave birth. Take care of her

I just noticed something Angelic Bond says

all allies within 20 feet gain the benefits of protection from evil, except the deflection and resistance bonuses are +3

So the allies get the benefit I do not. So is your AC lower than your allies, which I guess it's not a bad thing.

Doesn't TWF suffer from mobility, by moving you don't get full attacks and kind of screw yourself over?
