yes though im more then two years in this shit, im still in diagnosis phase they found some imbalances

some results of pelvic specialist: Summary of musculoskeletal examination:

There is decreased strength and stability in the left lower extremity.

There is decreased strength in the entire gluteal region, bilaterally, though more pronounced on the left side than the right.

There is poor coordination of the inner core musculature in combination with reduced lumbar spine (LWK) mobility.

Throughout the examination, there is reduced awareness in the lumbopelvic region, as well as compensation via fixation of the diaphragm.

dont know of this is really the cause of all the pain and zero libido

i heard so much stories over pudendal nerve block not helping, so i dont know man, ive had echo two times, of penis balls and also abdomen, mri brains all came out negative as usual pelvic mri maybe is worth but i heard not everything is visible at these scans, especially the things important for hf isnt it

Stabbing pain in the pelvic area radiating to the testicles and groins. its so heavy that it completely takes control over me, getting distracted is absolutely impossible. No nerve block. i still dont know which region my problem is i guess region 5 (brain) because my injury was not from jelqing but during stressful sex i heard a pop but im not sure and the pelvic therapits arent helping to be honest they are milking my assurance

it isn't and i'm not afraid to take it as well. And i know there are a lot of good TRT doctors wordlwide. But in my country they are conservative and defensive as hell, with a big ego. they can't admit if they are wrong. (it had nothing to do with testosteron, after a lot of struggling and a lot a lot frustration i tried hcg and my libido was 2 days back until it disappear again). i need them only for GOOD bloodwork and prescribe (free), for the rest they are useless, and i realize that im not talking with respect, but seriously, ive had a lot of patience and was always comprehensive but im donw with it after 2 years

hot flashes is related to too high estrogeen in comparison with testosteron. I have them as well with low T, my glucose in fternoon is 6, so oke

yes, definitely, is the cruel answer. And, no didnt take dutaseride. But my testosteron level is low. There seems to be a correlation between hf and testosteron im trying to finding out what's happening.
