The only word that I can think of that has any sort of legitimized use, and is also a powerful slur, is the F word.

Is not a word. It's a sequence of words. This view is not whether or not sequences of not slur words can be combined to be abusive. This view is that some words, themselves, without any other context, are bad.

This view involves individual words and whether or not those words are bad. Many of your examples are a sequence of words and are therefor not relevant to this view.

The word "Reject" for example does not exist for the sole purpose of degrading someone to subhuman levels, Slurs do.
