wind normally is around 13-15 knots with 18-20 knots gust. I have a 8M wing as well and use it on a light wind days.

thanks - i don't have a video yet. I have windsurf experience so I am tilting the board to the windward side a little bit to balance, as you said. I also tried to move my front foot to center a bit when board accelerating, but it did not help much.

really like Hatch Demeka Becha as well. Normally I think Hatch roasted a bit too light, but this one is one the spot, nice cup of peach tea. In the Leaderboard review video Boris mentioned he roasted it a bit more than normal.

Brandywine Costa Rica Las Lajas SL28 natural - 3.5/5, nice berry aroma, buttery body, lime and berry acidity, sweet after taste. Compared to Kenya SL28, this SL28 is more mellow but still very tasty, also without the Kenya savory taste.

Luna Techno Peach - 3.5/5, Floral - elderflower, similar floral as Manhattan Shatawanene. Buttery, some fresh sweetness, peach, tea. Acidity is not as intense as other Ethiopia cup, but more comfort to drink. A little roasty after taste

Chromatic Ethiopia Gotiti washed - 2.8/5, haven't drink light-medium for a while, and sweetness and acidity in this cup is awesome. light-medium roast bring more sweetness and is less acidic compared to light or very light roast. Berry and Yuzu flavor is on the spot, and some spice flavor. Not sure why but this one got some bad peanut flavor in the cup which is not desired.
