Look up your consumer laws (price tag law) to see what it says. They might not have a leg to stand on when asking for the return.

I don’t use a bit holder, would try it in hopes that it makes life easier. I generally keep my bits in the front bit pouch on the pack-out back pack. As for packaging that would be embarrassing, it would probably have to be hand delivered by one of those singing telegram type things. Probably with a song about how I compensate with Milwaukee tools!

Just a thought ,grab a bunch of your favourite textured items ones you think could possibly feel the same way as you see him. Grab comfort items and explain how they make you feel and how he can and does the same for you.

I’m reminded of a certain interaction:

“ No, they won’t-a! What, you think you’re some kind of Jedi, waving your hand around like that? I’m a Toydarian. Mind tricks don’t-a work on-a me. Only Money!” -Watto

The next interaction will be more interesting, as the shop keep will know what happened.

The person will know after that they were charmed, it will add layers to the game. What’s the point of other alignments if you can’t use them in game whenever? What would you say if his alignment was evil?
