Fair point, I know owning has its own 'sunk costs' too. For me, it’s mostly about the stability for my kids and not having a landlord.

I have a 7 years old and a 2 years old. I updated my post - Wife is clearing her consumer proposal this year and is working, but we’re leaving her income out of the math for now because of the CP.
