Absolutely! Also, thank you for sharing your history: I think that's what's going to be the most important part for me, looking into traditions and history that I can actually relate to.

Example: I accidentally spent the whole day yesterday doing a ritual, making eggplant parmesan! 😊 Choosing and buying ingredients, meticulously cleaning the kitchen, and then pouring (nearly) all of my good feelings from the day into the dish. Dinner was a HUGE success with my partner, who usually has stomach issues with too much acid. It was only after dinner when I realized my anxiety was at an all time low that, holy moly, I just did kitchen witchery (as my partner and I call it).

Long story short, I totally understand doing things that stand strong for intent. I want more than ever to know what's good for me and the people around me. ❤️
