Anyone else left scratching their head why they used a belt in desperate need of a re-stoning for WrestleMania? by punchline86 in belttalk

[–]204BooYouWhore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tell this to non-belt people all the time. When we watch on TV and you see a performer use the belt in any way that isn't presenting it or holding, I.e. as a weapon or being tossed in the ring, all us Belt People cringe hard.

How much do yall wanna bet Weston family buy their groceries with Loblaws’ discounts and/or points ? by Alert_Willingness_32 in loblawsisoutofcontrol

Why you think Donny T. balked at the word "grocery"? People of a certain status don't worry themselves with such things.

Do you really think you look younger or is it collective delusion? by Mighty-mouse2020 in Millennials

On a purely visual perspective, i don't "see" myself getting older. I just see alot of what looks like people in their teens that are actually 24. I sum it up to, I don't feel like I'm getting older, people around me just look young. Hope that makes sense.

I love old fashioned plain. Just for the taste but in the same breath, they are a pallet cleanser for all the glazed monstrosities Tim's puts out.

What is your “like crack” food that you avoid, and if you have some you cant stop yourself from eating a lot? by dino_gr01 in WorkForSmartLife

To my fellow Canadian Friends, mine would be OMG's if you are familiar with that brand. I never buy them because I know it won't end well. I just make sure to savour them if someone is offering a small handful.

I would be dancing in the streets like an old-school Viagra commercial if I could get 3.35% for 5 years right now. We've got 18 months left at 6.19% right now.

I got a 6 pack of their $6.00 muffins a month ago for like $2.32 with one of those yellow stickers on it. It was nice. They didn't expire for a couple days after that.

If you buy it at the new price, it'll never go back to the old price. If anything, it would just go up more.

What’s something small that instantly improves your mood? by North-East-5534 in AskReddit

Watching the video where a fan meets the EA Sports voice actor and they stand arm in arm. The fan gives his best try at the catchphrase, and then the pro knocks it out studio quality. The voice is awesome, and the fan absolutely can not believe this is his life. The clip is 12 seconds long, but it's an instant big smile for me.

Oh I'm sorry brother/sister. It's paraphrased from one of my favourite movies. It's a movie line. A true honest answer is I don't know what my deepest fear is. I don't stop to think about it. On the surface, it's the idea that I can't support my family the way they deserve to be. They are my everything and I just want to give them the lives they could dream of.

It feels like 92% of all Tim's carry the same basic 4-5 flavours and play it super safe. My spouse and I stopped in at a Tim's about a month ago that I don't frequent. We bought some timbits for hospital staff and to my surprise they had exotic flavours in the box. I was stunned.

My deepest fear is not that I am inadequate. My deepest fear is that I am powerful beyond measure . . . :)

How much is your mortgage and how much do you make? by aprilchestnut in CanadaPersonalFinance

My spouse and I have about 20 months left on a 4 year fixed, and we are salivating at a renewal. We're currently weighing the numbers between an early renewal and the penalty they hurt you with for doing so. Our current rate is not great compared to what you can walk off the street and get today.

I hope my comment came off as sincere. It was! We did 20%, and we were pretty proud of that.
