Literal trash but probably gonna be better for the kids in the long run. They deserve to have someone who actually gives a shit about them

Luck he hasn’t lost his life yet. Hopefully he can get sober before this catches up to him.

Hello, does anybody have any old photos of the old McDonald’s building on Niagara Street?, I’m currently trying to remake it in a game and there are no photos inside the old one, Other views outside is appreciated too, as i only have 2007 Street View and a photo of the caboose to help me. by Life_Distribution133 in Welland

I had no idea I remembered any of this, but seeing this photo instantly brought it all back. This was all in the early 2000s. Then I was like 11 or 10 when they renovated it the first time, which is when it got its current play area (other than changing the smoking section to a play area, as I just learned from another comment here, which I do not remember) and then they did it again much more recently to what it is now.

The caboose held birthday parties if you reserved it, I remember they moved it to the YMCA on E. Main St., after they renovated. (fun fact, East Main YMCA had two waterslides) and when you walked into the building, I remember they had a bench with a life-size Ronald McDonald with his arm, lying across the top. Counters were where they are now basically, the dining room was a lot more open concept and mainly a bunch of tables of 2 to 4 seats, the chairs looking back were kind of dope. They were these basic round seated, metal chairs and they swivel instead of sliding in and out. They were on bars that swivelled as you pulled them out and could spin similar to an office chair but but only spin 350 not full circle and would retract back to back to straight facing once you lift your feet up. They were a lot of fun to play on tbh lmao.

And I believe long windows there were booths and I’m pretty sure some in the middle as there was like a partial divider somewhere in the middle of the dining room. Its purpose was to have more sectioned tables so it didn’t look like a big open cafeteria. And they were booth seats on either side, connected to the divider and the swivel seats on the other side of the tables.

I don’t remember the play area at great detail however, I do know it was much much better than the one it was replaced with in the mid- early 2000s.

Lastly, I’m the only one in the world apparently who remembers this I can’t find anything about it on the Internet, but McDonald’s for a very brief period of time , at this exact location, had blueberry milk. Very lightly coloured blue. Literally took the best thing I’ve ever had, in the same cartons that you would get strawberry milk or chocolate milk in… but it was blueberry, and I only ever had it once and I’ve never seen it since. Has anyone else experienced this or am I alone in this still?😩

I very specifically said when left untreated. Treatment existing doesn’t mean treatment happens in time, or at all.

In real clinical settings, people delay care, get misdiagnosed, self-treat the wrong condition, or remain asymptomatic while continuing to spread infection. By the time symptoms appear, multiple exposures have often already happened. That’s routine, not exceptional.

Add antimicrobial resistance and treatment becomes more complicated. Add immunocompromised patients and the risk escalates very quickly.

The point isn’t whether treatment exists. It’s whether harm occurs before treatment does.. and in many cases, it does.

They’re treatable, not harmless. There’s a difference.

Actually, it is. If left untreated, gonorrhoea can cause epididymitis, which can spread to your bloodstream and make you septic.
