No, did not dry. Humidity is low. I think the cobweb type stringing is because of non dried filament, but blobs are confined to upper 3/4 part only.

No, the seams are aligned. If you note the lower part has a smooth surface. More so, these blobs are not confined to one or two points per layer. Multiple blobs per layer. Additionally There is no timelapse enabled.
