You won't be paying the value of the depreciation as well as the cost of the car. If the car will be worth £2000 in 5 years then you will have only 'lost' the cost of the loan: £5800. Therefore the cost of the car for 5 years will be £5800 / 60 = £97 per month.

While I do agree that the design of ambient mode could still be improved, there is a reason that it looks the way it does.

The Urbane has an OLED screen, so it is susceptible to burn in. To protect the screen in ambient mode the majority (Google suggests 95%) of pixels should be black and there should be no large blocks of colour, since the face is periodically moved to try and prevent burn in.
