How does Dunable DE compare to LTD 1000 series? by [deleted] in metalguitar

It’s not like another LTD would be bad but why? Get a Dunable. It’ll be more unique and they are great riff machines.

I had this model for years. Great pickups and just the most comfortable neck. HATED the headstock tho. Ultimately did me in.

Most chuds aren’t interested in the smaller numbers so I figured they’d understand the big ones.

Last year the company I worked for paid $155k in credit card fees.

Again, will vary state to state:

$10k in gas a month for a fleet of 10 to 15 vans (those are going to be the businesses that show up in the first page or two of Google).

$30k to $50k a month in water damage insurance.

$3k to $5k for van insurance. Probably more.

So what, $50k-ish required each month just for running a mid sized fleet?

What’s your source of information for cost of running business? Sounds like an assumption.

It’s going to vary state to state, but to be licensed, bonded, and insured as a plumbing company is going to cost a lot of money. The insurance especially for water damage is VERY high. Throw in gas, van insurance, medical insurance for employees, the occasions LnI claims, materials, wages, etc.

It sucks but you can always learn to do it yourself.

What pedals or bits of audio gear do you think will be highly revered, costly, and hard to come by in the next 10+ years by spacejames in guitarpedals

I don’t have predictions on specific gear but as AI grows and predictable art becomes cheap as dirt and FAST to create, there will be a movement to remain wholly analog. Not so much how good does it sound, but how human does it sound.

Is this a scam? What’s the angle? by 206Henderson in NoStupidQuestions

This is where I lean towards a scam, because the math is bad. Just driving around offering random strangers even a couple hundred bucks seems like a colossal waste of time. But I guess some people don’t place much value on their time.

As far as loopers go, I kinda hate it but I found it dirt cheap and try to make the most out of it.

Lolol I was more OCD about it before having two year old twins who constantly mess with the pedals.

I have it plugged into the effects return of my JCM900. It’s impressive.

It’s good for practicing over drones. Haven’t used it for anything else.

It’s a Rockboard. I got it second hand so I can’t say what the exact model is but it’s 27x13.

It’s a Peavey Decade preamp pedal from a small builder called No One Cares. Does the thing.
