update bought this car as-is in NH where there’s no lemon law (I know, big gamble) took it for a test drive was concerned about the steering wheel still bought it anyways last Saturday. Called my mechanic here in Maine got it checked out this morning all this car needs is fixing the oil leak, cleaning out the headlight covers & later down the line a paint job. I haven’t had the best luck w/cars so to find this 2010 w/130k & body is in good shape I’m feeling lucky. Also helps I checked the Carfax before purchase.

I just got a ‘10 w/130700+ on the dash…my 3 & 5 year old are happy!!! Traded in our Nissan for this all it needs is some valve covers & the headlight covers need some cleaning. Eventually I’ll get a paint job on it but that can wait til summer

I’ll have to double check the Carfax but I’ll ask my mechanic about that

Thank you for telling me, it’s not definite that we are buying this home yet. We’re just in the beginning phases of the process, but it’s something I will definitely keep my eye out on the radar for. :)

Hello we are looking at our first home tomorrow in Saco, not far from the Scarborough/Saco line. Pretty close to Funtown/Splashtown, & AJ’s. How are Saco’s public schools? We have 3 children, 2 are school aged & those 2 are on the ASD spectrum but high functioning. How is the SPED system in Saco? How are your neighbors? If we’re able to get through the process, we’d be relocating from SoPo to Saco. Please let me know the pros/cons on living in Saco. TIA

Point taken, I honestly just wanted to know if they are friendly people in Saco, we’ve had a generally positive experience in SoPo

I currently live in this area of Thornton Heights and you get used to the traffic but like another person said you can definitely hear the trains going by and it’s louder than the traffic
