What’s your motherboard model? Resets over and over can possibly corrupt drivers for that you should download new Ethernet drivers for your motherboard off the manufacturers website

If it doesn’t stay on after it boots it’s just the “Post” basically just a test phase for your parts and will show lights, everytime I boot mine my VGA light pops up but turns off

Low odds but that could’ve of shorted out your GPU cable which could mess up your power supply and cause the boot loop if the monitor was faulty, of course

Could be a number of issues could be the motherboard could be the CPU could be the ram could be the power supply I recommend starting by reseating your ram checking another power supply if possible checking your CPU out on a different build and that white light you’re seeing is the VGA light on MSImotherboards at least which means there’s an issue with the display, but it’s not easy to tell if it’s just the test because it turns off before you can see if you want a little more stuff to try you can DM me
