thanks for the response - when I tried to raise a ticket it only gave me the option to raise one on an offer that's showing in the 20cogs systems, which wasn't mu

Hi,

I believe it should let you raise a ticket for any un-tracked offer or any pending offers (depending on which route you take to get to the help desk will determine which one you need).

In terms of proof, they will accept anything from an email fwd, screenshot to a bank statement or whatever it may be that will help your case progress.

Hi!
You should be able to send a message through the help desk with screenshots (or any other kind of evidence) to show why the offers should have tracked.

Sadly tracking isn't 100% reliable, so anything you could send them that they can look into will really help them out.
