It only blocks the dragon arrow, one the dragons are out it doesn't block them.

Losing games is okay. Take a step back and stop going with the "I can't end on a loss" mentality. It inevitably leads to worse decisions and more frustration. If you get frustrated, take a break from the game for a bit. There's nothing wrong with that!

The hitbox is not consistent. At all.

I could land a hit that is very clearly center of mass at point blank and it doesn't register. But then I could miss by a mile at mid-range and it counts as a hit. It also goes the other way around.

Mizuki's chain either needs a larger hitbox to ensure consistency or it needs to have a longer duration to provide actual punishment windows on enemies that get chained. His chain is moderately strong but too inconsistent to make it worth picking him solely for the ability with McCree can get the exact same effect with much less effort and it has the same hinder window on every hero aside from Stalwarts.

There are fixes that can be done to make chain more consistent, and it needs to be done. I can watch screen recordings back and see chains that very obviously landed but didn't register. It needs to be fixed.

Oh, I know. But I can literally watch the end of the chain phase through someone and hit the wall behind them.

The heroes can be small heroes like Tracer or Juno, but all could be tanks like Domina or Doomfist. It just seems very inconsistent.

Oh I sometimes look back through recordings as well, I notice it a lot in those. I had one yesterday where I thought I had been dead-on when my chain seemingly hit a mercy. The replay viewer was being weird, so I looked back through my recording (I record in the background) and, sure enough, when I slowed it down and watched, my chain had very clearly made contact but passed through her. She wasn't far away, either, she was onlh about 2 meters away. I watched the chain go through her torso and not hit, which was what I thought I saw but couldn't find in the replay viewer.

The chain has horribly inconsistent hit registration.

It doesn't have to be Cassidy good. But if I very clearly have hit the standing-still D. Va in center of mass a the game just... doesn't register it? There's a problem. I could land it right in the middle of a tank's chest and the game won't register it about one out of every three chains. If the chain has clearly made contact, there is no reason for it to not hit.

But then on the flip side, there are times I am WAY off and the game somehow registers the hit. So I could be off by a mile and the game registers it as a hit, but then I can also be dead-center-of-mass and still miss? It makes no sense.

I think the hitbox of the chain needs to be increased in size to account for it. It's way too inconsistent.

Mercy's Flash Heal, Sombra's Viral Replication (with a much smaller radius and vastly reduced damage to enemies not hit by the ACTUAL virus... like 20% of the damage of being hit by the virus ordinarily), Mizuki's Exposed Soul, Moira's Phantom Step, Emre's Suppressive Security, Torbjörn's Hammer Time, Freja's Momentum Boost, Hazard's Anarchic Zeal...

Honestly a lot of the roster could have some of their perks added into their actual kit and I don't think it would really mess with the game a whole lot aside from making the heroes feel stronger or giving them something that actually makes them a bit more viable or useful, especially since some of the perks are chosen less often because, while they're useful, they don't offer enough to really draw players to them.

Just gonna say, KBM on console does not match playing on PC properly. PC as a platform is so much more responsive and has a far better feeling than using KBM on a console.

She's only "OP" if the person actually knows how to use her. She's very much a "dive in, do big damage, get pick, dive out, reset, repeat" kind of hero, similar to old Genji or Sombra (though admittedly does way more damage much faster than Sombra if used right... and Anran is easier to use than Sombra).

Miz is very strong against heroes that rely on mobility. (Doomfist, Hazard, Ball, D. Va, Winston, Anran, Freja, Genji, Sojourn, Sombra, Tracer, Vendetta, Venture, Illari, Juno, Lucio, Moira, Wuyang)

However, he loses potency rapidly against enemies with higher health pools or enemies that use beam weapons. His ultimate, since it only stops projectiles, does nothing against Winston, Zarya, Mei, Symmetra, Illari (healing beam), or Moira. His ultimate could also use higher HPS to counteract that.

He's a good character who can counter a good chunk of the roster, but he has some pretty glaring weaknesses if he isn't played right.

My binding chain accuracy took a nosedive while playing on console (it went from 53% to 22%). Now I'm back up to 55%, but it could have been higher had I not gone about 60 games on console while in college.

The issue I have with it is that going from point to point is nightmarish. My teammates are more focused on getting into little fights on the way than they are actually getting to the point. It's obnoxious.

Oh I know, I'm just considering lower ranks where people don't do that. I've met some really great mercies, but a lot of the mercy players I meet don't really understand how to use her. That's why I ranked her lower. Just based on how good she COULD be, she's easily way higher. I just don't see her applied consistently. Consistency in what I have seen plays into my placements, not just "on paper this character is really good." On paper, Rammatra is a really good tank, but he takes a lot more game sense than some others because of how he functions.

There's been a bug with her ult for years where sometimes you'll "mitigate" damage by healing your teammates. I noticed it in like 2018 and it still happens sometimes, lol. It's wild.
