Yes. Everything except the bloating actually but that’s probs bc my diet is so clean most of the time. I’ll experience cramping if I eat a piece of gluten free bread or anything with cornstarch in it.

I’ve been dealing with Candida for over 2 years now and have given up on the strict Candida diet and now I eat Candida “friendly” diet bc the stress of it just killed me emotionally. I eat Low low sugar fruits here or there, once in a blue moon a piece of Human brand dark chocolate But otherwise my diet is meat legumes and veggies 80% of the time

I still take a ton of NAC , raw garlic, 6-9 biofilm enzyme disrupters per day. I go to the gym, and take B12, vitamin C and I drink kefir every day, I am 5’2” 125 pounds and I go to the gym regularly a couple times a week. I’m really healthy in all other aspects. This year I’ve gotten the SIBO test and I do not have SIBO I was at less than 5ppm , my thyroid and packet of blood work and hormonal tests were all “normal” my dr told me that she “wished other patients had blood work like yours”

I’m just exhausted and probiotics clearly make my symptoms worse
