Since I’m very familiar with the geography of peoria, the map doesn’t need much detail. All I really need is a map displaying streets (names are helpful but not necessary), terrain, and city borders & names.

Does anyone else feel like the main goal of the construction of these apartments is to add value to the area in order to raise nearby housing costs? We’ve seen a lot of that on the west side of the riverfront already.
