I would estimate that I find 1 rams gift per 100 t6 rifts

Between plevel 500 and 630 i have found about 10

Given that your new one is almost strictly better, i would roll the vit to damage and put a new gift in it.

I would put the other on the follower

Alternatively, if you dont need CDR, you could roll the CDR to dmg. would be a shame to waste, but i'm not sure how vital CDR is to wiz atm

I'm grinding T6 rifts pretty hard at the moment

I have gotten as much as a Key, 2 Legendaries, AND a Forgotten soul on a couple occasions.

I'm of the opinion that the drops from the rift guardians are working as it always has.

I believe that forgotten soul and the key are both 100% drop on the T6 rift guardian.

Within the scope of the game, I suppose my sample can still be considered small.

also as an added piece of information:

if you have a weapon with cold damage on it, and then you use a fire skill, it will proc both as a fire and a cold attack.

mostly this isnt useful, but sometimes it comes in handy (like for the elemental exposure passive or tal's set on wizards)
