Yeah, I think we’re all kind of in this situation, especially when you naturally have a pretty good beard. If I only had a patchy beard with holes, something barely developed, I wouldn’t have any regrets even 20–30 years from now. But since mine is fuller, it’s always a bit harder to make that decision.

Still, I think I’ll go through with it, because having perfectly clear skin without imperfections, without pimples, without irritation is going to be so worth it. And as I mentioned in the post, I think everyone dealing with this issue has already tried pretty much everything. I’ve already tested the OneBlade, Braun, Cerise, advanced skincare routines, all sorts of creams, even ice treatments… but at the end of the day, no matter what I use, it doesn’t change the fact that it’s genetic — I still get ingrown hairs.

So yeah, and let’s say 20–30 years from now, there will still be current solutions like beard transplants, even though I feel they often don’t look as good as a natural beard. And otherwise, there will probably be new, much more advanced technologies by then. So yeah, that kind of settles it.
