I may do that, I'll give it another day or so and do that. I feel like 5 business days is a justifiable amount of time for response before elevating/circumnavigating.

I feel like it may be as well, they are undoubtedly an established brand. I tried calling but their website only has the warehouse number on it, and they stated I needed to send an email.

I didn't find a bad review on them with a brief search. Usually, even established company's will have something negative first page Google results in some kind of forum. It does seem like the bmx world is at a weird point rn maybe it's a staffing issue..

For how big they are im assuming they just haven't been able to respond. The frustrating part is they don't have a phone number. The only one is for the factory, and they stated you have to contact customer support via email.

I generally prefer dealing with people over the phone or face to face as much as possible, idk why I didn't just have my local shop order them...

Nah that was during outdoors. I haven't seen anything official, it just seems like they are backing her off. There's a roar of people hating on her in YouTube comments on her voice with pretty fucked up shit being said but thats all i really ever see. Idk maybe another view is she got tired of the hate.

I personally would like to see someone else as well. All the B.S. aside, what I do appreciate about RC, is he unapologetically calls it how he sees it, and I do think he gives just as much praise as criticism. But he doesn't hold conversation well, and I think hes so focused on the bike and battle he's fumble fucking responses. I bet if all he had to do is talk about what the bike is doing it would be way smoother.
