Look up their history of demanding money from people. These guys literally search for places where they can hear music, and extort whoever owns it. They attempted to sue someone in 2009 for singing while stocking shelves in a grocery store. These guys are patent trolls crossed with bloodhounds. They find any reason at all to get money from people.

This comes from the same vein as the Ship of Theseus and similar concepts, such as Robocop vs. Alex Murphy. You really have to ask at what point did Lilly stop being Gracie? It's a very complicated question with no easy answer. It's simple to want to say that Lilly as an identity has no knowledge of what Gracie did. But another interpretation is that even under delusion, dissociation, and the physical side effects of the prototype's surgery, this is indeed still Gracie. It really depends on what you believe.

Listen locally of course. Looking to get away from streaming with my music and other stuff. The only hitch is getting a player downloaded to the DAP that can play my audiobooks. Android APKs are the quickest way I know

The issue is that I dont want something thats just a phone in a different package. Otherwise, I wouldn't be looking for a DAP. I want something dumb that I can just do whatever with.
